Provided by YPmobilewalked onto the lot to look into used car purchase...the salesman told me personally that these cars will probably breakdown before I can finish buying the vehicle. .and that my warranty wouldn't really cover much without a heavy cost...so I should just purchase a new car?? wtf kind of salesman is that?

Provided by YP.comWORST experience of my life. First time buying a car on my own and had a horrible month dealing with my used car purchase. My salesman was JOSHUA CRAIG, the floor manager. He was not trustworthy, knowledgeable, or professional. Any defect I pointed out with my car, he simply shrugged his shoulders or dismissed it. He made my buying experience stressful, uneasy, and overwhelming. I still have had to return my car for service on a bad alignment, bad tire, bad CV joints, etc. Even when getting service, CALVIN at the service department made me come back 4 different times for a simple alignment/tire rotation. He lied to me several times when I asked for the manager or salesman, saying they were on vacation. I do not trust ANYBODY there! The culture there is clearly about making profit in any dishonest way. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You are better off paying more money or traveling extra miles elsewhere. It will save you money and peace of mind in the long run. Premier Honda should be stripped of the Honda name and be shut down. Merry Christmas!

Provided by YP.comI just purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V EX this week (October 2013) and have nothing but great things to say about my experience. However, I really did a LOT of homework prior to any actual physical contact with anyone t the dealership.
The reason that I say that is you HAVE to know what you want in a vehicle and what a reasonable price is for that said vehicle. I used Consumer Report car buying report. For $14 you get a full report which includes a LOT of information, but specifically what the dealer pays for the vehicle and what a reasonable price would be where you should start to negotiate from.
Also, I would highly recommend making initial contact with the internet sales person and see what offers they can give you. Virtually every dealership has an internet sales person and they are typically paid a salary and will provide you a very competitive price for your vehicle through an email correspondence. You don't have to go through the haggle of going back and forth with a salesperson.
My internet sales person (Jeff Dude) was awesome. He quoted me a VERY good price for the 2013 Honda CR-V EX. Once I was sure that this was the vehicle that I wanted, I scheduled a meeting and we sat down to talk specifics. He answered all of my questions, explained the breakdown of the pricing and was not pushy in the least bit. Again, because I had done my research I knew exactly what to expect and what pricing was reasonable AND competitive with other dealerships. There were no surprise "fees" or "add ons". I knew prior to talking to the finance people exactly what my vehicle was going to cost me. Also, another really big selling point for going with Premier Honda is that they include a "warranty for life" for the motor/transmission/engine on all vehicles they sell. As long as you own the vehicle, there are NO mileage or time limits.
Now for the financing aspect of the deal...I had secured guaranteed financing prior to going to the dealership. I got a great rate through Capital One and used their online application. I wanted to be sure that I had a "sure thing" in terms of financing before I did any talking with the Honda finance person, Travis. In the end, Honda still had their 0.9% financing rate for 60 months and I qualified for that based on my credit score of 715. Travis also was super helpful and of course I had a million questions during the paper signing process. He offered me the 7 year/100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a SUPER great price. I had priced out similar extended warranties through my own car insurance (Geico) and other reputable agencies, and they were no where close to the price that Travis quoted me. Normally, Consumer Reports suggests that you stay away from an extended warranty since you should be buying a car that is RELIABLE as it is. But, pricing it out over the long term was such a great deal that I took advantage of the warranty.
So...in summary, I had a wonderful car buying experience. I got a great deal on my vehicle, had all of my questions answered prior to signing any paperwork and was not presented with any mystery "fees" or "add ons". I did a LOT of research prior to contacting the dealership and was firm, yet very respectful in expressing what I was looking for. If you walk in there (or any other dealership) with a chip on your shoulder or an arrogant attitude, you will only hurt yourself in the long run. You will "get what you give" and if you don't like what a dealership has offered you, simply tell them that and be prepared to walk away from any deal. There are 100s of dealerships vying for your business. Go with the one that you have a good "gut feeling" from and one that has the best benefits. If you follow these simple rules, the car buying experience can not only be educational but can also be a wonderful experience both emotionally and financially.

Provided by YP.comI couldn't have been happier with my visit at Premier Honda. The service was great, especially from the manager that assisted with the purchase of my new Accord. He really made the process very simple and treated me with the utmost respect. The rest of the staff was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend that anyone consider them for their next car purchase. They sell a superior product in a superior way.

Provided by YP.comYou can request a price online - and they will NOT give you a price - Instead you get bombarded by spam mail that NOBODY responds to when you reply. After spending 3 ours in the dealership waiting to get my keys back I will never be back again. The management here has fallen below what is to be expected from Honda. I have been to Kia and it by far has better than this hole in the wall.

Provided by YP.comi couldn't get financed with any other dealership except premier. they have what is called the 'premier plan' where if you make payments on time it bumps your credit score up alot. i financed a used civic last year and after making payments on time for 6 months my cr jumped 80 points. now i am even eligible for an upgrade.
i reccomend asking for josh craig. he was the salesperson that helped me. i think he is the floor manager and he explained how everything worked. really nice, helpful young man. i reccomend premier if you have bad credit but now have the means to make payments on time and improve your score.

Provided by YPmobileI had located and was ready to purchase a Honda Pilot 4x4 touring for my sister in the color and model she wanted out of state. Her husband had a contact from a Christian based business group at Toyota of New Orleans (part of Premiere group) and even though I was against it we gave them a shot. They matched the deal but that is where it ended. They made promises about delivery dates and even said they had reserved a car from production that was not assigned to a dealer yet. When that didn't show they said there was a shipping delay - when that didn't show they said they had secured a car from a dealer in SC (eventually provided VIN) and would be here Fri or Monday. This could never be verified. On Monday called dealer in SC and they said car was traded to a dealer in GA. Now does not respond to email. These guys waste your time and do not communicate accurately (I would call this deceptive, misleading, and based on three promises that never matched results be willing to say they outright lie). If anything they certainly wasted my time and cost me money as financing offers expired.
Do not believe them when they tell you thu can get you the exact car that you want. Basically they are stalling.

Provided by YP.comWould highly not recommend this dealership for a vehicle purchase. Sure, they give you a great deal at first, but in the end, they don't stick to their words and would scam you. They sure did that to us. They are great liars, never believe in the salesman for the managers let alone. They make promises, but never keep them. This place is a rip off! They are good at capturing your trust at first, but turn around and stab you in the back! Horrible place to do business with! Speaking from personal experience!
They made a deal with us for two cars, sealed the deal on one, lied to us about the other, and turned around and raised the price on the second car last minute. Would not give us copies of our paper work after being asked millions of times, They come up with all these believable excuses, but in the end, never followed their words. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!
PS - Sure, they have that life time warranty thing, but there is a 250$ deductible after your warranty is over, but they are a horrible place to do business with!

Provided by YP.comI bought a Honda from Premier Honda and spent an extra $395 for the Premier Advantage package. This package included the "Tires for Life" program, road hazard coverage, vacation discounts et... all predicated on bringing your vehicle back to Premier Honda for regular scheduled service/maintenance.
Less than two months after purchasing my car and before I rec'd the details of this Premier Advantage package, I had a slow leak on my tire and brought in to Premier's service department for repair. Guess What?
I'll SPARE you the details, (no pun intended) but the net result is that I had to purchase a new tire at list price. UUhhhh that's another $156.00 GO FIGURE!
