I've been a customer of Swiss going on 15 years. Mr. Bill, Ms. Rhonda & Ms. Laura, are all wonderful, pleasant people. Not only did they help design my wedding, but, they also help design my daughters wedding cake. As you can see, I'm very pleased with Swiss,our cakes are always so fresh, and I always have to order a larger size, because my guest are always looking to take some home. And now we have a whole new generation of cakes being made, from my grandson's baby shower to most recently his 5th birthday (December 16, 2010). Thank you all, for always making our occasions, memberal, even when I wait til the last minute, and you still manage to fit me in, again, thank you.

After hearing about your bakery having problems I still went ahead with The Ridgeway recommendations to use you guys. Boy was I dissappointed. The cake was decorated cute but it was hard as a brick. I had so much cake left over from 200 guest I just threw it away after spending 300 dollars on it. Please guys make your cakes fresh.

Swiss Bakery did a wonderful job with both of my cakes. Beauty, fantastic flavor, and elegance was seen and tasted throughout. Swiss Bakery has truely proven that they are the true taste of New Orleans. I recommend them to everyone.
