Very professional prompt pick up and drop off. I recomend this company when i was picked ul in a thunderstorm i wad loaned an umbrella to get in my doctors office

This company is not professional. The drivers always fail to pick up people on time. The drivers are aggressive and rude. They are usually speeding to every location, and driving reckless. There is nothing graceful about their service at all. Please use a different service unless you like having to tell someone how to get to each location. I am just trying to help you stay woke!!!!!

I rode traveling grace for the 1st time on Wednesday, September 29, to my doctors appointment at LSU, 3700 St. Charles Ave, & acquired much respect, patience & empathy for the drivers, especially Tara & the young lady who transported me that morning. When Tara picked me up to go home, I observed how accommodating she was to each pickup & not taking a breathe for herself before we were off to the next pickup & drop-off. Tara definitely displayed her skills & flexibility by accommodating each rider & really living up to her employer, Traveling Grace vision, because she definitely deliver positive results! Tara & Nika? you, two ladies are AWESOME & an employer's ideal employee.
