My cousin was recently visiting from out of state & was charged $35.00 to go from Decatur & St Louis to Esplanade & Burgundy. The driver first did a thumbs up to a fellow taxi parked with him. He then took her behind Harrah's & down Bourbon stopping behind a bus unloading tourists meanwhile the meter was clicking away. She tried to tell him he was going the wrong way & he became quite belligerent. She visits often & knows the city well. She was quite intimidated & did not feel safe in this cab. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Also, as stated by the previous review the driver was rude & apparently did not speak much English. He even requested a TIP!! which he did not receive.

Rude drivers and don't speack english. I hope they do something about that. Very poor company. mI hope the Taxi Burue can really do their job of fixing this problem.
