I have NEVER had such a poor experience in my life then I have living in this mobile home park. William Miller went out of his way to take advantage, bully and lie. He has made zero effort to honor his verbal commitments to our contract. I moved into a mobile home that has a list of 37 reparations that needed to be completed before I occupied. William (aka Bill) Miller intentionally defrauded me when he promised to make the mobile home livable. I have been forced to abandon my home and I am now homeless. The mobile home has not heat, no running water in the kitchen, no hot water, no copper pipes for the stove (they stole them to sell), broken fridge, no doors, no access to mailbox, broken steps (law suit pending on this one), fencing was demolished, shed incomplete and my items were stolen, bails of hay in my yard (can't mow the lawn), concrete 3 feet diameter in yard, debris dumped under home (liquor bottles, drug bags, cigarettes, skis, garbage bags and more), trim not put on, doors in my yard and a pipe that protrudes out of the ground that I fell on on Mother's Day. This is a small list of my grievances. STAY AWAY FOLKS, THIS IS THE PLACE WERE SATAN LIVES!
