First of all there's no professionalism in this place, very hard to speak with assistants and receptionist
Had so many bad experiences and thanks to them my little daughter got scare about doctors and staff
Also you will find that the Doctor will bring her pet behind her. Had to switch long time ago
Don't bring your love ones here.

the absolute worst (several) doctor office experiences I've ever had. bringing my two children here took almost 4 hours for a regular visit!! (almost the same when it was ear infection visit for one child) when asked if this was normal, the reception/desk half laughed and said yes!! on two occasions, they took our info post it notes, and couldnt remember the kids names even after looking at the file. one visit they even forgot we were in the office altogether. will never go back there.

Wait time is extreme, after 30 minutes waiting with 4 small children, short, large, blonde receptionist told me to hold my 1 year old son in my lap and hold his hands down, in order to prevent him from pressing buttons on a keypad, that is placed at his head level! Needless to say, switching doctors!
