I had my ceiling collapse and have a very unique texture which is not only on the ceiling but on the walls. I was on my way home from work on a friday and saw the company van driving next to me. I called the number right away and left a message. On Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week I had not received a call back so I called again and told the man I spoke to that I had left a message last week and hadn't heard from anyone. He said, "I was out of town, I have to take a vacation sometime." I had to cut our conversation short but told him I would call back and I did. I left another detailed message and to this day have not gotten a call back. It's been a few weeks. I probably wouldn't trust this place too much. If they can't even return a phone call then what kind of a job would they do. In this economy you would think that people would go out of their way to get some new business.
