What a disappointment!!!! After bringing my 75poud friendly loving gentle dog Toby to Fluties for past 5yrs to found out new owner's.. And of course with new owners higher price increase which I feel is uncalled for!!! Not a little price increase either for over night its $10 more. Toby was a abused dog before I rescued him and he still gets a little scared at times! Jessica and Andy has been with Toby cutting his nails and bath for 5yrs and then to be told that they might not be doing big dogs anymore plus I have to bring him to other side for the other groomer to do.. Michelle always did what had to be done so my Toby was comfortable. Plus I got to meet the new owners and wow was not impressed at all. Cindy just tapped the top of Toby head hello and that was it. Really!!!!! So I went ahead and cancelled my WK in august. Toby will not be staying there and I will not recommend anyone to go there. Please Michelle I beg you open another place up please!!!!!!

Clean, affordable, friendly and helpful staff.

I left my Chihuahua, Petunia, at Fluties while I went out of town on a 12 day business trip.

Naturally, I was worried about her, but felt that anxiety ease when I went in to check out the place and found it is cage free!

My baby is not a zoo animal, and so I dislike cages.

I took Petunia in to see how she would react, and she immediately made friends with a couple of Chi's already staying there.

They openly played, there was plenty of clean water, fresh and clean beds and my baby got a FREE full groom because she stayed over five days.

I will never entrust my precious little girl to anyone except Michele and the wonderful staff at Fluties.
