Greenlee Realty Group has put together a great team and they really work well together. It's a great company and I hope to stay with them for a long time.

This the most unprofessional and disrespectful Property management office I have ever dealt with. Day 3 of moving in my home I had an argument with Lisa from the office. Then in Nov of 2015 I discovered I had no heat in my home was given the run around for over a month then told it was my fault and was hung up on several times when trying to get it resolved. I was hung up on several times then told I cannot call there anymore if I will call with an attitude like I am a child. My rent has always been paid on time if not early and in full. My toddlers had to endure a freezing home for several days and was told it was my fault. I asked for the owners information and was refused that. I was going to sign another lease to have the broke down fence fixed and was never contacted in regards. This is the worse place I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone. I cannot wait till my lease is up so that I can be done with them for good. I am not a person who moves alot prior to moving here I live in my prior home for 4 years with no issues. Prior to that I was in NY and lived in that home for several years. I have reported this company to the code enforcement for Pasco county and the BBB. This place needs to be shut down.

Greenlee Realty Group came on as our property manager and we immediately saw a difference because of they caring and attention to detail.
