Bought rechargeable hearing aids from them last February, and had problems with the batteries and charger. Worked with the person who fitted me for the aids and was happy with the work he did to solve the problem. When it was apparent that he was not getting with the manufacturer, I contacted the company that supplied the aids to hear again. Got results. They sent a upgraded set of rechargeable aids to Hear Again for fitting. In the interim, the person who had fitted me before, retired. When I went to get the new aids I was greeted by a woman who identified herself as the owner several times and bragged about her abilities, which consisted of complaining about the aid fitting me. It took 2 visits to get the aids to work, but still not fully functional. I will not be returning to Hear Again even though I will have to pay someone to do what she should have done on my first visit. If you need hearing aids, find someone else. This woman is incompetent.
