Two Stars (Not the worst...) according to YP. Had hoped it would be 3 Stars (About what I expected) or better, but unfortunately it was not. I didn't deal with this florist directly, nor did I pick them. Telefora picked this florist for me for an online order. I ordered the Deluxe "Full of love bouquet" as shown here and paid the extra charge to have it delivered before 1 PM. What was received didn't look close to what I ordered (photo also attached). I understand substitutes may be made based on availability, but this is a far stretch from what the bouquet should look like. For the premium I paid ($72.20), picking out a pre-paid vase bouquet from any of the local grocery stores would have been way nicer. Would I use them personally in the future? No.



What could they have done better? Substitute cheaper fuller flowers to at least give it the look of the advertised bouquet to offset cost. Miniature carnations as shown are cheap, so are astromedia. Either one would have worked fine.
