Provided by YP.comTo Anita D. Alot of times your hair will be orange when lightening. You have to go through the orange stage and then either tone or color over it. Just because it is Orange doesnt mean it is ruined. If you have dark hair you have orange in it and she just didnt lighten through the orange. It is totally fixable.
