I have been a customer with Hugh Mitchell for 20 years now and I have had nothing but fantastic service from them. I saw someone leave them 1 star and was stunned - the office professionals are wonderful. I am in no way affiliated with State Farm, I am just a grateful customer who would like potential customers to have an honest rating.

Definitely not very competent when it comes to insurance! This office is not knowledgeable on insurance protocol or customer relations. Can’t own their mistake, just blame each other in the office! Stay away!

Not recommended ! They are rude and should keep their preppy attitude to their own very empty office ! Its unbelievable that you can not just get a simple quote from this office without hearing a whole song and dance. State Farm has really let me down !
