I ahve been going to JP nails since they opened, and I love them, they are so clean and professional! HOWEVER I went in a couple weeks ago and Susan did my nails and she was so rude! I went in and also got a pedicure and had my 13 year old sister with me and she told me sister she NEEDED a pedicure. WHATEVER you do don't have susan do anything. She is so unprofessional and will make you feel bad. Even after I told her twice all i wanted was a full set she kept pushing to get me to have pink and whites. She could use a customer service class.
