very very disapointed with the service that we got. I had a full set and my daughter had her nails painted. My daughter polish was popping off in one piece before we ever got home and the next day my nails were already lifting. We did get there around 6 and they closed at 7 but if they couldnt do or didnt want to then they should have said that. I wanted a specific polish combo and she goes oh why you cover up pretty white with color you come back in 2 weeks and then we paint them after your fill. So they rushed and didnt do what was wanted for paint. My friend and her daughter went with us as well and she got a fill and her daughter got her nails painted also. When she was getting her fill he was using the dremmal and went down way to far and almost threw her nail she did not see this till we got home and her polish had a black speck in it so she took it off and the acrylic it self started to get gummy like. I definitely would not go back there ever again.

TERRIBLE salon! There is nothing more frustrating than paying for a pedicure and seeing that I could have done a better job myself! There was nail polish all over the skin around my toes, which the woman had to touch up...twice. Then, it was only after letting the polish dry and taking off the foam flip flop as I was ready to leave the salon did I see that the bottoms of my feet were not at all well exfoliated. You could see that the dead skin could have easily been scrubbed off. They wanted me to go back in the chair...with the same lady...to have her fix it--when it should have been done correctly the first time. Surprise, surprise, they wouldn't honor my asking for a discount on the horrible experience, but said they could offer me one the "next time I came." There will be no next time. They already had my money, so the best I could do was snub the tip. Makes you wonder how many of these salons have technicians who are actually certified! I would give it 0 stars.

Horrible. The first time I went there was great, but this time my experience was not good at all. An older lady did my pedicure and manicure this time. She cut my toe at the cuticle while she was clipping them because instead of paying attention to me she kept looking at the door constantly. It bled for a very long time and she kept putting this solution on it that made it sting so bad. No apology at all. When she got to doing my manicure, she left the nails all rigged after she half-assed filled them. I asked her if she was going to fix it and she just kept saying "Don't worry". She started painting them and I asked why she want going to give me an actual manicure and I got another "Don't worry". I complained to the head guy who did nothing about it. If you happen to go here, do not see the older lady.
