STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE HEARTLESS PLACE!!!

I lost my son a lil over 4 mon ago and have never experienced the worst customer service ever...this time should be all about grieving the loss of my heart my child but with these people they take advantage of your loss and #1steal your money while your clearly not in the right state of mind # it took over 4 months for my sons marker with his name on it to finally be made #3 then after the 4 months of waiting to put flowers for my child I go there just to be told I have to schedule an appointment to do so!!!! (He is located on the top Moslem) which I had no choice to select another option. I have heard lies after lies on why my sons marker was taking so long and why people kept calling off sick to put his marker up....unbelievable!! If you love your loved one as much as I do make sure they are in the correct place. I would do anything to move him to another fineral home but I just want him to RIP!! STAY AWAY

This cemetery is one of the best in Pasco county. It is well taken care of. Some things could be improved but all in all it is a lovely cemetery.
