The office staff is VERY RUDE, CONDESCENDING. They don't care about the patient. Just concerned with getting their money. I would not recommend coming here.

I made sure to call beforehand and assure that my insurance was accepted.. Once I arrive, I notice on the board that the office visit price for non-insured was the same as my co-pay ($80).. Then I find out that they charged my insurance company an additional $130. "So if you have insurance, let us rob you and them!"



Now, they sent me a letter threatening to send me to collections for $15!! If I hadn't provided my insurance card, the visit would have cost $80 total and been done.. but because I did, they have received over $200+ from my insurance company and myself and are now trying to send me to collections for $15??? This place is full of crooks, your better off at one of the CVS minute clinics.. or just staying home.



The staff is very rude, incompetent and nasty.. The office was filthy and nobody seemed to know anything medical. I would have been better off paying the group of homeless homeless gentlemen that were sitting outside of the clinic.
