I used On-Site Computer Repair to replace the cracked glass on my iPad Air. Considering the temperamental nature of Apple products, my repair had become a potentially ugly service incident but was completely turned around by one of On-site Computer Sales & Service's owners, Mark DuFresne. Realizing that a colleague had made a small repair worse by his insensitivity to customer satisfaction, Mark quickly took control of the situation and instantly put any doubts or fears that I wouldn't be 100% happy to rest. It took some time but Mark made sure that the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Acutely aware that customer service is the life-blood of any small business, Mark is a testimony to striving for perfection, a tireless work ethic and an unyielding pursuit of customer satisfaction. Without any hesitation, I would recommend On-site Computer Repair to anyone looking for computer repair/service. I'm quite sure that you'll be happy with the result.
