My experience could not have been more perfect. I had six men from Pasco Window and Doors in the house and they were a total team and they worked for 5 hours replacing windows and a double glass door. I did wait a long time due to the horrible situation for businesses caused by the pandemic but I has been worth waiting for. I will need other work in my older home and I will be back in touch for this expert help.

The six men who worked very hard and efficient were Carl, Mark, Dante, Austin, Rob and Jordan.

And to prove they are the total package one very brave young man didn't hesitate when I handed him the hornet spray and pointed him to the room that huge thing just flew into.

I would highly recommend. They were on time, did a great job installing. Quality of these windows is not what box stores carry. I love my new windows! Saves on my a/c bill. Also, they were the best price around! I would highly recommend!!

Just like the reviewer from 04/08/07, our experience was filled with deception. We too were sold a product (windows in this case) that did not have the correct solar heat gain coefficient index (SHGC) for the state of Florida......When brought to the management's attention, the owner said it wasn't specified on the contract, and therefore nothing would be done..period..... As we were very clear with the salesman, that our main, if not only purpose for replacing our windows was for the energy efficiency improvement, we trusted this company to obviously provide a correctly rated product......The owner was very rude, and indifferent, refusing to do anything to resolve the issue. We are now stuck with thousands of dollars worth of obsolete windows......To hopefully put this in a better perspective, Home Depot does not even sell a window with the low rating this company installed in our home.** Buyer Beware!** Even an complete idiot would wonder why a Window Company would even sell a window that the local Home Depot hardware store would not. Shame on you Pasco Window and Door......Also, be sure to check the arrogant response from this owner addressing another customer complaint on 09/18/08 - and his self designated 5 star rating.. what a loser.
