I have dealt with Ralph on several occasions. I came to his garage the first time because another local mechanic did a lousy job on the front suspension of my car. Ralph and his guys got the problem resolved and it cost much less than the other guy got me for!

Today I picked up my truck from Ralph's and it is so much better than it was when I dropped it off. His price was very fair in comparison to what I had been quoted by others both here and in Montana when I was there last month.

He is a great guy to deal with, and his guys are as well. I will not have anyone in this area work on my vehicles but Ralph's.

I decided a long time ago that I didn’t want anyone but Ralph and his team to touch my car. They’re reliable, talented, and quick. It's the best auto service around, and Ralph’s work speaks for itself.

The reason I’m writing this review today is to highlight an unbelievable experience I had last time I went in.

I have an older Lexus, so expensive repairs come with the territory. Yet, when I brought the car to Ralph for an oil change I learned creaky brakes were symptoms of a bigger problem.

We’re talking tires, brakes, and several issues under the hood - and a price tag $5,000 MORE than I expected.

Based on the severity of the problem, I had no choice but to give Ralph the go-ahead on the repairs. But what I discovered when I went to pick up the car was shocking.

I noticed it looked a bit different than normal when I first glimpsed it from the street. When I got closer I saw it had been freshly detailed.

There was a new coat of paint and repair to significant cosmetic damage. My mouth hit the floor. I couldn’t believe he did that for free!

But this was just the beginning. My bill for the repairs rendered me utterly speechless.

This is literally one of the nicest things someone has ever done for me.

Based on years of experience with the man, I have no idea how Ralph could have any negative reviews. What he does for me continues to exceed expectations.

This review may sound dramatic. That's because my history with Ralph's Auto Service has been dramatically positive. I’m a customer for life and couldn’t recommend this business enough.

If you need a mechanic you can trust and......Feel good about recommending to a friend use Ralph!!!! Never been disappointed with the quality of work and effort put in to making my junk stay running. Ralph thank you for your service ...on my vehicles! Just don't bother to waste your time or money on Discount Transmission the guy that runs the place I think would screw his own mother . Just an extra tidbit.!. Thank you Ralph!!!!!!!?

This business quotes one price and will then make up whatever they want to charge a customer afterwards.
