I was so nervous to get an MRI and the girl did a wonderful, a wonderful job of talking me calm..

I had headphones on, listening to music and she would talk to me through those headphones telling me how long, what's next. She was great!!! Also, they took cash and so much less than insurance robbers. Go there!!

Horrible. Girl on phone sounded 15. Waited a week for authorization before I called to see what was going on. They had filed directly through Humana. I called Humana and Humana said all they needed was a referral from my pcp, whic I asked them if they needed and was told no, that is the authorization. So I waited a week for nothing. Then they never even followed up with me, completely left me hanging. I went elsewhere and got an appointment for my MRI within 2 days. These people don't care that your in pain, probably more worried about her bf's next text than a patient.
