My self and my family have purchased over half dozen vehicles from Dean. Recently as of 10/24/17 We went in and bought a GMC Sonoma cash and financed a Lexus IS250. After nearly a month we got a call that financing fell through so we needed to update papers at dealer so on 11/15/17 We did just that. Than on 12/17/17 We went down to dealer for diagnostics on the car because the dash lit up like a tree, at that time Dean told us that our second deal didn't work and we would have to put more down and have a higher payment. After saying no, Dean informed us we would be getting a full refund which I have via text. Once we brought car in Michael the owner no-one gets to speak with apparently said no. 281 was his happy number. We said no. They than refused any refund of any kind and kept the vehicle. I'll gladly be contacting my attorney and resolve the issue legally. Yoyo financing might work for some but I am highly disappointed in them after we have been so faithful! Stay away from them scam artist!!!!!

Be sure to steer clear of this place. Upon purchase of my vehicle certain provisions were agreed upon to bring the car up to standards. Guarantee's were made of "we will make this right", I relied (much to my detriment) upon these people's word. While some work was done (after many many trips) I found myself getting more and more excuses of why something could not be done. A major leak was also agreed to be worked on and fixed, but after initially working on it and returning the car to me indicating the problem was corrected, it continued to leak and now they have decided to not repair the leak and in fact do not return any of my phone calls.
Unfortunately they have left me no choice now than other to use what I have available to me to voice my displeasure with their unprofessional conduct.
Avoid this place you can do MUCH better.

I found this company very deceitful. They are advertising a vehicle that they do not have to get people to come in. Getting rides is difficult enough without wasting them on fruitless visits to places that do not even have the vehicle advertised. No respect means no honor. Go elsewhere.

Everyone was great! hooked me up with a clean charger. Very happy with my vehicle!!! everyone was cool and helpful. Lots of choices and they work with you.. I will be back for sure.

I had a great experience ,Greg is very nice and the person that handle my paper work Vinny was nice and helpful , john the sales person got me into what we wanted and at the price that I wanted to pay a month not like other dealers where they tell you this is your pick to choose from. while we was there they feed us pizza and overall everyone was very friendly

I thought I had bad credit but they were able to get me financed with a lower rate than the bigger local dealer ships and there prices are great
