I've tried multiple times to talk to someone to make an appointment. Over the last two years, I always get the "we are closed" message, no matter when I call during their posted hours! This is ridiculous!

no one answers the phone here at this number for the GOV'T....NO ONE MUST BE WORKING, WHERE ARE THEY? They do not deserve a star at all!!
