I've been on hold over a half hour and still going :$

There "customer service" sucks If it wasn't for the fact I needed my trash picked up, I wouldn't deal with them. Lady on the phone sounded like a typical redneck diner waitress. I am sure her husband is proud of her and her tooth for having a job. I never receive the bill for the trash, even though they say it was sent. Its not until they miss a pick up that I notice the wasn't sent...again. In the last ten years this has happened on average about twice a year. Thank you for nothing Waste Services.
