When I got my coats I was quite disappoint, wondered if they ever washed my coats, or just ironed, will not go back again.

Just had my daughter's graduation dress tailored. It only needed to be shortened. We went together, my daughter put the dress on, and we asked for just above the knee. The dress was cut so short and uneven, it will never be worn. She even refused to refund the tailoring fee, let alone the dress we splurged on for a special occasion; leaving my daughter in tears without a dress for graduation.

I think that samphel.nordan may be referring to the cleaners at the OTHER end of this shopping center, as they take in laundry, which I don't think Spring Cleaners does. I have used Spring Cleaners ever since Zizi opened in New Providence and have NEVER had a problem! I have given her my daughters prom dress and several other really special pieces of clothing...all of which have returned in perfect condition! Add to that the fact that this is an organic cleaner...no horrible chemical smell on the clothing, and this place is the BEST!

This place is useless. We gave 2 loads of laundry and they managed to lose a quarter of it. The manager claimed they never mix their loads and they dont have it... It wasnt even a huge load... Pathetic. I'd stay away.. Try other cleaners in summit instead. I'd give a 0 rating if I could...

Very friendly and great ownership. Owner always goes above and beyond in helping her customers. Wow, this is what customer service should be like.

I dropped off 6 cashmere sweaters at a local (not my usual) dry cleaner in Southern California. Upon pick up, they all had 'pills' on them. When I asked about it, the cleaner said they only clean, they don't remove 'pills'. Are you kidding me?



There was no time to argue, I had to pack these sweaters to take on a trip back east. Upon high recommendation, brought them to Spring Cleaners in New Providence, NJ for 'pill-removal'. The woman who helped me was Zizi, the owner. YAY! I found her to be very friendly and professional. She commented on the plastic stapled-in tag and I told her I just picked them up from the cleaners and I was wondering if she could remove the 'pills'. No problem. She further inspected the fabrics and showed me on each garment where they hadn't been cleaned at all. It was true.....when I got these back from her, they were like new! -- bright, fresh and PILL-FREE! Spring Cleaners is also organic.



Zizi takes great pride in her work and knows her customers. She wants you to look great. And from what I saw, it's a busy place. I've already told friends and family in NJ to use them. I've seen the way they do shirts, too....perfect! I love Spring Cleaners! Too bad Zizi doesn't have a location in Southern California (yet).
