After nearly 14 years of faithful service, my $2000 KitchenAid seemed on the verge of being lost to me forever. In fact, I was already pricing new refrigerators--none of which would have fit the space properly or merited the high cost. Fortunately, I called Martin Appliance. A representative from any other service company that also sells refrigerators might have tried to pressure me into replacing mine; instead, the sympathetic gentleman I spoke with on the phone asked for a detailed account of the unit's symptoms and gave me hope that the appliance could be saved. It was. The refrigerator was repaired by Anthony J, an extremely knowledgeable and courteous young man who did an absolutely superb job of examining the appliance, explaining the problem, and installing the part he'd ordered--all at a surprisingly reasonable cost.
