We have gotten take out from this business on many occasions. The food has always been fair, tasty and we'll prepared. However, customer service has gone downhill lately.
The reason for my poor rating is we ordered two meals and a couple of egg rolls the other night. we were given the wrong order, and sorted our egg roles and one meal. They gave us our sesame chicken and a couple of orders of wontons. The bag was stapled shut so we didn't check it to see before leaving the restaurant.
We called when we arrived home and found out. Had to leave a message because they had closed for the night. Not one person ever called back or tried to make contact in any way to developer a solution for the issue. So, needless to say we won't be returning. All that needed to be done was an attempt to make things right, maybe a discount on our next visit our something.

This restaurant has wonderful food!!! The sweet & sour chicken is out of this world!!
