This place received new staff and the new lady that works there really cares and is the nicest woman i've talked to while getting my hair cut. Really cares on how you want it and treats you very well. A+ service. First person to actually care for my hair while cutting it while doing a very good job! The best hair cutting experience!

This is THE WORST place I have ever gone to get my Hair-Cut. I wouldn't be complaining if the staff wasn't so rude to not only myself but 2 other customers that walked in after me. Also another reason why I am writing this review is, the lady that did my hair didn't even listen how I wanted it. It's cut way shorter then what I wanted.... Got home and had to cute more off myself because she cut it very uneven. She also told a customer she couldn't go back to blonde (her hair was brunette) I know for a fact that's a lie because when I had dark brunette hair I went to the New Richmond Walmart to get my hair corrected back to blonde-- my natural color. I am just very unhappy with this place. From now on I will be paying $45 dollars to get my hair cut by people who actually care about their customers. I have informed all of my friends and family to NEVER go here again.
