They took my items for sale in December and said the sale would be in February. They never called me with a date, never kept me informed on sales. It is now May and I am still waiting to be paid. Every time I call them there is another excuse why I cannot come to pickup what hasn't sold, my items I requested numerous times not be sold, the itemized inventory I requested, and payment for my things. Use someone who pays you up front for items, wish I would have known this before I contracted them.

Robert is a very respected , honest and professional auctioneer. He has had record sales in Real Estate and Personal Property. I attended an auction in the LV where Robert sold an old rusty motorcycle for $87,000.

I would recommend Arner Auctioneers to handle any of your auction needs.

Worst auctioneer EVER!!!

He sold my Dad's farm. He did no research whatsoever! The night before the auction (he had 45 days from time contracted to auction day) he informs us there is no right-of-way to property. Day of auction he tell bidders there is no recorded right-of-way. Then proceeds to tell bidders about upcoming auctions he has. I feel this was very unprofessional and should have been disclosed after the auction (his upcoming auctions). Then told bidders it was an "as is" sale. Once sold, closing date was to be 45 days after sale. 10 day before closing we are again notified that the deed still showed 64 acres instead of 30 (roughly). My dad sold 30 acres off in the late 60's and it was nor recorded. So we had to have the property surveyed very quickly, and the right of way was also surveyed off at our expense!!! He was not present at closing either! I thought he was representing our interest in this auction, but he was OBVIOUSLY representing HIS OWN INTERESTS!!!! At closing we found out he was already paid for his services (or lack thereof!!) Over $9000!!!!!! For WHAT??????? The advertising fees were separate and were paid by us also!!!

Robert A. Arner Jr. Is the worst auctioneer, and I highly recommend you stay far away from his services! I know of at least one other lawsuit pending against him for his incompetence!!!

Mr Tracy accepted the highest bidders offer. He could have refused the offer and contracted with a broker to sell his property. I would have received no commission. Also he never said the his commission rate was 3% plus advertising. Which was alot less than the 6% that brokers charge.
