Today December 15th at approximately 12:00 noon time, I went throught the drive thru and ordered the #5 Shrimp Combo. Upon my arrival to my workplace, when I opened my box of food, there was ONLY 7 tiny fried shrimp and my side of red beans and rice was COLD!!!!!!!!!! Furthermore, I had to pull up and wait approximately 10 minutes in the drive thru for my food.



The total for my order was $6.54 anf basicaly I was charged $1.00 per TINY Shrimp.



I don't see how customers continue to come back to this location. Popeyes DID NOT SUCCEED in the past in New Roads and I don't see how they think they will succeed with this kind of service!!!!!!!!!!
