Dishonest, Dishonest, Dishonest. Both the manager and an employee tried to tell me that cell phone batteries are only supposed to last for three to six months and that I was lucky that the first one they sold me lasted 9 months. They think the customers are idiots. The second one they sold me (not new out of the package) lasted for 3 weeks and they told me no refund or exchange. It does not specify no refund or exchange on the receipt or on the store policies posted on the wall. Add, they both were rude. DO NOT SUPPORT COOL CONNECTIONS. THEY RUN A CROOKED BUSINESS!
