Drivers and monitors lack basic emergency training and when complaints are made, supervisors ignore complaints. There have been students left on the bus, monitors overpowered by students , monitors who do not understand basic English, students have been attacked by other students while drivers continues to drive and sexual abuse of special needs student by Mile Square drivers. This company has no concern at all for the students entrusted in its care.
