My family and I go to Florida once a year to New Smyrna Beach. We love to eat at Baskin Robbins ice cream and do so almost every night. The last night we were there it was getting to be closing time, we were still eating our ice cream that had not just gotten it we were nearly finished. Instead of locking the door and turn the outside lights off and going about their business of cleaning the store sweeping whatever it is they need to do to close... one young man came up to us to work there and asked us to leave. He told us no one could be in the store past 9 o'clock. Needless to say we were all shocked as we looked at each other with blank stares. This was not a rowdy bunch, I'm talking mom dad son grandmother and that's it. I was fuming over it, I've worked in my fair share of food restaurants and that is not how you treat customers. I seriously did think of calling the company and telling them what had happened the next day but we were leaving to go back to Indiana so I just let it go. That kid probably doesn't work there anymore and gaging from that display he probably acted like that often and if he did it to the right person who complained then he probably doesn't have a job anymore. This happen the first week in June 2014.
