Ocean View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., is a rehabilitative care for residents of all ages. Its rehabilitation programs are provided to residents affected by strokes, joint replacements, hip fractures, amputations, cancer, pulmonary disease, arthritis, contractures, cardiac disease, surgical recovery and skin deterioration. The center designs various individualized rehabilitative programs for the patients' fullest potential. The various other services include case management, intravenous therapies, intensive wound care treatment, hospice care and special nutritional services. Ocean View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has an interdisciplinary care plan team, including physical, speech and occupational therapists, nurses, dieticians, social service workers and case managers.
