we hired Bob Herrolds all seasons pools 7/30/2016 to install a new pool in our yard. the salesman Louis came to us and explained what he would do and how much it would cost. after checking with two other local pool companies we decided to go with all seasons. we were told our pool would take aprox. 8 - 10 weeks. well it took 18 weeks before the final inspection 12/2/2016 . also when Louis planed the pool he made a mistake with elevations and asked me to pay more since it was additional work. i told him i would not pay anymore than the price agreed upon and he got mad and from that point on he would no longer have any communication with me. would not return my calls when ever i had any questions about the pool. the girls at the office took care of that for me and did a good job getting my questions answered. i would avoid the salesman Louis if at all possible. the sub contractors they used to install the pool were good but usually left a mess in my yard that i would have to clean up. during the installation of the pool i seen three different foreman for the job and had to explain from the beginning what was going on with my pool. overall i am pleased with my pool and the quality of work. but its just that i was told by Louis how things would proceed and that did not happen. he did very little to keep me informed or keep the job moving. i would recommend this company but keep in mind you will have to call them constantly to keep things moving.

When contacted they told me they do not do resurfacing nor repair. I was told they only put in new pools. Yet they clearly list pool repair on their listing on the Internet. This wasted much of my time in seeking an estimate.
