I would never recommend this apartment complex. The parking is horrendous. I feel like a captive in my own apartment, If you leave after dark, or on the weekends, you will never find a parking space when you get back. You will then be trolling the parking lot looking for a curb to park next to and hoping you don't get towed.



I have just found a large amount of mold in my apartment. There is mold inside all of my window frames and a large amount of black mold in my coat closet.



There is a laundry room, but there are always at least one washer and one dryer, out of four for the whole complex, that are out of order. The last time I washed clothes all of my white clothes had black streaks on them. Not sure what that is from!



Lastly the carpet is disgusting. When I moved in the carpet was full of cleaning product, or something, and it did not look bad. When you walked on it it actually crunched. But after a few months, it has large stains all over it that will not come out.



I would NEVER rent in this complex again, and suggest that you do not either!

My family moved here last summer and our lease is coming up at the end of July. We are definitely renewing with them for another year. I love that we are out of the way so there isn't all the traffic like you get in a city environment.



The maintenance guys are super and the office staff is really nice and helpful.



The activities they plan are fun too...my kids love them.
