We personally OWN and manage three exceptionally clean. Beautifully Decorated. And Family friendly 2BD/2BA vacation rentals in an ocean front in the preferred NON driving Beach zone in NEW Smyrna Beach. Florida. These condos are ALL on the same TOP third floor just a FEW doors from each other and near the elevator and laundry facilities. TWO are ocean view with south facing balconies and ONE is ocean front with east facing balcony. They ALL offer spectacular ocean views. They are perfect for groups traveling together that want to stay AT the same location. Or for special occasions like a small wedding. Anniversary or birthday celebration. MY husband and I live right here in NEW Smyrna Beach. SO we are available to handle OUR guests needs during their stay. We CAN provide special services such AS fruit baskets. Or other items that OUR guests MAY need for special occasions. Families are OUR speciality with a front closet filled with toys and Beach gear. Because we manage these properties ourselves. We are able to offer discounted rates for OUR properties AS needed. There are additional condos available for rent through OUR on site rental office.

We are just past the 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park at the beginning of the preferred conservation area where no cars are allowed on the beach. The 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park has a life guard on duty for your safety, plus the park offers a beautiful promenade walkway with benches and Arbor for viewing the beach activities, recreation area consisting of basketball and handball courts, playground, covered picnic tab
