Mr. Hippert acted as PR for my father's estate. He asked to know about the issues that we're transpiring in the case. I sent him a private email that was very well understood it was a private exchange of information. He then forwarded my email to the opposing party and sent a follow-up email that if we wanted to keep things private we just needed to tell him. I was furious. I felt he was unprofessional. Also, the opposing party put in a sworn affidavit that they took money from the estate which they refused to return. However, when we were going through personal belongings opposing party accused me and my 8-yr-old son of stealing a photo. I was confronted about this immediately. I just thought it was funny how the other party admitted to taking money and no peep about it...but it was different standards for me.
