Provided by YP.comI had a great experience. I bought a shih tzu over a year ago. I love my puppy, his is well behaved and haven't had any issues with him. In fact I so badly want another puppy from there. About the bad commits, not every experience is going to be wonderful, there are sick puppies, just like there are sick babies, it a risk you're taking when u buy a puppy. Just do what you can for the poor thing. I love my puppy and I hope when I get another, I'll be lucky enough to get a healthy puppy.

Provided by YPmobileLess than 24 hours after picking up my pup I had to rush him to the vet. He was seen in emergency and I found that he had an infection. He was vomiting, unsteady, would not eat, lethargic, full of mucus, and constantly coughing and sneezing. Tom, the breeder suggested that I bring him back which was a 2 hour drive rather than take him to receive care. I saw 3 professionals and they all told me that I did the right thing by bringing him. The 2 hour drive was not in his best interest. He was very sick. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM HERE!!! I will be returning him less than 36 hours after picking him up.
UPDATE!
AFTER MULTIPLE VET TESTS I FOUND THAT THE PUPPY HAS A NEUROLOGICAL DEFECT, DAMAGED LIVER, AND WIDESPREAD INFECTION!
HERE IS THE RUN DOWN OF MY EXPERIENCE
i picked up an 11 week old puppy from tom on saturday at approximately 4pm. when i picked him up he was making an odd sound. after seeing a professional that evening they confirmed that he was infact sneezing and coughing. they also said that he felt warm. that evening i made tom aware of what was going on with the dog and that he would not eat. tom gave me instructions on how to feed the dog with the food he provided. a few hours later the dog had a bowel movement. the next next morning i attempted to feed the dog and he would not eat. i contacted tom again making him aware of the dogs weak condition and lack of desire to eat. tom again instructed me on how to care for the dog. tom informed me that it was due to the stress of a new environment. approximately 4 hours later i contacted tom again to alert him of the dogs deteriorating condition. by this time the dog appeared very lethargic and had vomited. i told tom that i would be rushing him to the vet. tom told me to bring the dog to him, that he may have some kind of liver condition or rabies. i informed tom that he was a 2 hour drive away and the dog did not seem like he could make it that far. tom again told me to bring the dog to him. i rushed and prepared myself and raced my dog to the nearest emergency vet which is less than 5 minutes away. 2 medical professionals (vets) and a nurse attended the dog. i was told that i did the right thing by bringing him in. after some testing, the primary attending vet diagnosed the dog with a very bad respiratory infection and wanted to follow up with more testing one week after he had been on a 2 week antibiotic cycle . they also gave him an injection to aid in his healing. a few hours later, he was well enough to go home with me under strict doctors orders. that same night, he was not eating again. the vet was now closed so i called the 24 hour vet who instructed me on how and what to feed him after following all of toms meal instructions. the puppy finally ate and was able to receive his first dose of medicine. he had a bowel movement that morning at 10:05am. the next morning the puppy ate the same food the same way. he received his medicine. the dog still seemed lethargic and coughed and sneezed but that was to be expected. he had the same food the same way for dinner because that is all he would eat. the dog had no bowel movement that day. the next morning, with no improvement in his condition, i attempted to feed the puppy the same food the same way. he was unresponsive. i rushed him to the hospital again. he saw a different vet a different hospital. the previous hospital had no openings. after countless tests and hours, the vet came back with multiple diagnoses. the dog has a neurological defect. widespread infection throughout his body. ear and respiratory infections. he also has a damaged liver.

Provided by YPmobileI just purchased a 16 week maltese/bichon mix a few days ago and she's been a dream puppy! She had her vet check yesterday and was given a clean bill of health. She does have a minor skin infection from possibly being allergic to her food but it's being addressed with oatmeal shampoo and antibiotics. She's oddly well behaved for a puppy and I couldn't be happier that we got her! Thank you for such a sweet pup :)

Provided by YP.comI just got my new Yorkie a few days ago and she's wonderful! I appreciated Tom's professionalism and the contract he offered that states upon the vet visit if anything is wrong with the puppy I can bring her back. I would definitely recommend him!

Provided by YP.comIf anyone brings one of my puppies to the vet within 5 days and finds any health issues they are free to bring the dog back. I would never intentionally give out an unhealthy dog!

Provided by YPmobileThe owner sold me a sick puppy!!! When i picked her up from the farm she was not really moving around just laying there. He told me that it was normal because she missed her mom.She never barked, ate or moved so I took her to the vet. (Always get a physical on a new puppy) He told me not to take her to the vet and was very upset that I didn't bring her back to him. When i got help for her and the vet told me that if I didn't bring her that she would have died!! He will sell you a dog in ANY condition!! The owner will let the dog die because he does not want to take care of a sick pup!!! He only cares about the money not the puppy!!!!!!!
