A&R Concrete Products Specialties has been operating in the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania), since 1960. It manufactures pre-cast concrete products including catch basins, electric vaults, markers, drain inlets, pull boxes, sewer manholes, wing-walls and head-walls. It also offers box culverts, meter pits, light pole bases, hand holes, weir boxes and cast iron frames. The Department of Transportation and the Department of Environmental Protection of New York and New Jersey have both approved its products. A&R has its headquarters in New Windsor, N.Y.
