We used Dapper Dog exclusively for our 2 yorkies. Unfortunately, we moved to Florida. Down here NO ONE holds a candle to Dapper Dog! What we've gone through! Dapper Dog and ALL of tge crew are top notch professionals! We miss the superb treatment and grooming for our babies. We've tried many. Nobe like Dapper Dog! Seasoned veterans. Compassionate every one of them!

Took my pooch their in the past week since I drive by every single day thinking this place must get major business. I know I probably shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but it's generally natural for a patron to do so especially when it involves the family pet which my kids absolutely love. The employees seemed rowdy and loud when I arrived but I figured they just had opened and I was the first appointment so I had to give the benefit of the doubt. Against my gut feeling though I left my pooch and returned 2 hrs later as instructed. Well my pooch wasn't ready when I arrived and it was loud in the back and it wasn't the animals I heard mostly; it was the employees. Since I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to finish my dog I could only stand their and observe the office. I heard someone screaming at a dog as the back door opened, while the receptionist came out cursing as she was telling another person about a news story. Hmmm, sure she wasn't directing the foul language at any particular person but that's not how I'd like to over hear a story especially if I had my kids with me (thank God I didn't). Finally, when my dog came out he looked absolutely amazing. They did a GREAT job on him so I have nothing against the service I received, though I did wonder how they treated my dog simply because of the atmosphere I observed while waiting. That feeling of worry alone is enough reason I will not be returning to this business. If you can confidently leave your pup in the care of a loud environment and handle the rough language by the staff then I'm sure you will be absolutely pleased with the grooming your pet will get. Hands down the end result is great but the atmosphere is in my opinion questionable. A more professional environment would have eased my worry and I would have certainly come back but I left feeling uncomfortable about leaving my dog their ever again.
