the question is did they do a good job? I'm a contractor and i'm in new york and in need of company Tee, Caps and hoods.

The shop looks like a messy thrift shop storage room, shirts thrown everywhere and there is barely anywhere to stand. I bought an expensive shirt from Gap that cost $50 and came here to get a logo sewn on the shirt and they took almost 3 weeks. Then they finally called me and when I went to pick up the shirt it had a totally different logo than what I asked for. I do not recommend!

HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered my daughter's school shirts from here and I was told that I would get a call when they were ready for pick up. Weeks came by and I haven't gotten a call so I called and the most rude man told me, "Come get them lady, they're done." I was astonished. I came to pick them up and it took about 20 minutes for them to find my order. When they did I talked to the manager about the rude young man on the phone. His face was expressionless and when I told him that I thought that was everything was very unprofessional he basically told me he didn't care. I will not go back there and to top it all off, the shirts were really poorly done. I will order her shirts from Lans End from now on!
