Best decision we ever made. Would recommend 5 Ster Restoration to everyone over and over again. Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism. We have 3 small children and when our basement backed up we were freaked out. Make and call and they came out in 1 hour and worked day and night. They took this very serious and made us feel safe knowing they knew exactly what they were doing.

I had them come to my house yesterday and clean my 2 rugs and my sofa. The tech was very nice he called on the way and told me he would be at my house in 25 mins and when he got there he was dressed very professional. He informed me with the material I have on my sofa that I would need a deep scrub. Yes it was extra, but I knew that my couch needs a deep cleaning (my cats lay all over it)

5 Star Restoration worked on my condo due to a water leak in the roof. Ron and his staff are very friendly . There work is very good and professional. I totally recommend their services!

The minute I got off the computer after putting it out there that we needed a water cleanup, the owner of this company called. We set up an appointment with him and he was the one who came to do the work. He was on time, very professional, courteous, considerate, and his price was great. We were extremely pleased and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him!

We are in New York. In December our renter called us worried about what she believed was a mold problem. She said mold was growing out of the bathroom thru the cinder block construction onto the side of the house. Our realtor referred us to 5 Star Restoration. After we called and left a message (on a holiday) Yaron returned your call almost immediately, he then made an appointment with our renter to be at the home at 7:00 Tuesday morning. Yaron examined the growth and was able to reassure both the renter and myself that growth was fully on the exterior emanating from the soil and was not mold, but was a temporary fungus that had sprouted because of excessive rain. Problem solved. We appreciate Yaron rapid return of our call and resolution of the concern of our renter. We will absolutely call on 5 Star Restoration again should the need arise
