PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. Recently I dropped 2 tailor made shirts off for express dry clean to pick back up before i went on a business trip. When I showed up they didnt have them and I had to leave with out them. My wife checked back 3 times over the next week. Each time they told her they werent sure what had happened. They finally after a week and a half told her they had lost them and becuase she didnt put them in the right bag she thought they had been thrown away, but then said nice shirts but not new, like that made it any better that they had lost them. Since I was still out of town my wife had to deal with this and the lady asked for 2 more days to look, since my wife let her know that these shirts were $200+ each. When my wife returned they had found them, but at this point it was 2.5 weeks later and I was having to pay a hotel to dry clean shirts because I didnt have enough on my trip, so my wife refused to pay. They offered no apologese and pulled the shirts out of my wifes hands and said they were going to call the cops. My wife tried to explain that we would have paid for the Express over night service we had dropped them off for, but 2.5 weeks later after 6 visits, myself having to go out of town without them, and them telling us they had lost them, that we would not pay for them. The lady proceeded to throw the shirts on the ground so that they would be wrinkled........DONT EVER GO THERE!
