I placed and order on April 21, 2011. the sink never arrived. I was notified 2 times the sink was backordered. I began calling the company at this number 917 261 6922. They do not return calls. My investigation shows that American Home Plus (on-line) and Atmosphere Kitchen (retail store) and bath are the same company. The address for both businesses is: 618 Columbus Avenue

New York, NY 10024. (212) 501-0505 rings into real people that do answer the phone. I made about a dozen calls and finally 2 different clerks-ignorant of the situation-revealed both companies are owned by the same people. One of the managers or owners is Tiffany and the book keeper is Megan. In July Tiffany said Megan would issue me a refund by the end of July. The next time I called Tiffany denied ever talking to me. Today I called and the person answering the phone said "Tiffany is observing a Jewish holiday and won't answer the phone". Really?
