Apple’s true specialty dish is its Signature Broiled Boneless Vietnamese Duck, said to be one of the best in New York City because it is incredibly crispy and juicy but not at all greasy. For private parties and catered affairs, enter Apple’s Red Den, a private karaoke room where corporate party givers or others can enjoy a vivacious atmosphere with singing, dancing and of course fabulous cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
