Let me start off by saying, DO NOT do business with this company and Reed Wrisley in particular. I could write a in depth review on my negative experience but I will summarize it by saying I worked with Reed in August to sign a lease for an apartment. I viewed the apartment with a man by the name of Luke who assured me there was no problem with cleanliness of the building-cockroaches in particular. Next thing I knew, I man by the name of Reed called me saying he was Lukes manager and would take over from here. He also verified that there were no cockroaches in the building. Needless to say, the day after I moved in I was dealing with an infested apartment. The building management sent an exterminator twice and nothing seemed to help, I contacted Reed within the first week to let him know and he was of no help. Thankfully, the building management let me out of my lease after the first month but I was short the broker fee and had to move out right away after planning on living there for a year. I contacted Reed to let him know of this and see if he would make things right since he lied about the apartment and was accountable for setting me up in a place filled with cockroaches but he never answered me back. Basically,I DO NOT recommend working with them. They took my money and gave me the worst apartment imaginable.
