Founded in 1986, Lincolnshire Management is a private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing small and middle market companies. The firm is focused on acquisitions, corporate divestitures, management buyouts and mergers of private and closely held public, small and middle market companies. It manages Lincolnshire Equity Fund I, Lincolnshire Equity Fund II and Lincolnshire Equity Fund III.
