I ordered a Nikon lens but I never got it, twice they send via FedEx with signature release, I'm never home in the day hours, why would they not spend few more dollars to protect the expense package, because as customer even when FedEx lose your package you're out luck.
I did'n get my lens or my money, the seller don't stand behind what he sells.
Funny their are getting the money from FedEx but they refusing to give me back my money.

The best electronics retailer out there: the best customer service in store where no commissions makes them famously credible for consumer advice, a pro audio-video staff and sales which is famously able to fill companies' needs and up their consumer ante, a site that matches Amazon and all those others on low prices, same-day ship and next day receive for nearly all Eastern US locations from their metro NYC warehouses, awesome friendly staff on email or chat or in store, great technical Q&A on their site, and a site that's gorgeous and fast-acting.

The go-to place for photo equipment. Knowledgable, but not too friendly staff. The baskets on the conveyer belt are fun to watch, though.
