Apartments here are nearly 2900 square feet. Large yes, but even larger are the list of complaints which make these apartments nearly unlivable. Firstly, the heating system is deplorable. The temperature is either 60 degrees or 80 degrees. Radiators do not adjust and have no ability to regulate the rooms. The elevator service is deplorable as there is an illegal space between the car and the floors which they have not fixed even though reported. The staff has been reduced by one causing filth and lack of services such as maintenance and interior maintenance in the apartments. The doormen do not perform simple dutiessuch as opening the doors, helping seniors out of their vehicles and into the building. One carrying packages must be a juggler to open the front door. Frankly, the doormen sit ina chair and talk on the telephone or eat. Filth and insects prevail. They need to clean up there act and give tenants all for which tenants are paying.
